Jason Guthrie is a founding partner of WYS Strategies, where he helps senior technology and operations leaders close the gap between strategy and execution — designing the governance structures, performance systems, and organizational infrastructure that determine whether initiatives actually deliver results.

WYS is built on a simple but under appreciated truth: performance is a system property. Strong leaders and talented teams can compensate for weak systems in the short term. For nearly a decade, Jason has served as a trusted advisor to the technology leadership of one of the nation’s largest and most complex federal organizations — supporting initiatives spanning AI and data strategy, data governance, organizational redesign, technology service line development, and enterprise performance management. That sustained relationship reflects the trust that comes from delivering results across a decade of high-stakes work, not a single project.

Prior to founding WYS Strategies, Jason held consulting roles at Deloitte, IQVIA, and Resigility, where he led data governance and master data management engagements for clients including Lupin Pharmaceuticals and the College Board. He holds a PhD and has published research on innovation, healthcare policy, and technology-driven organizational change. He holds PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, and Agile SAFe certifications and is pursuing AIGP certification from IAPP — the recognized professional standard for AI governance practitioners.
